Your Role
As Lead Technician, you will be integral to the construction and maintenance of our harvesting robot production line. Your efforts are vital in ensuring these systems operate efficiently and meet our high standards of quality.
- Lead and support a team of assembly technicians in assembling, calibrating, and testing GR-100 systems according to engineering specifications.
- Conduct quality control checks and inspections to ensure compliance with standards.
- Perform regular maintenance on assembly equipment and troubleshoot to reduce downtime.
- Maintain precise records of assembly processes for quality assurance and production tracking.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and semi-finished goods.
- Prepare, clean, and package GR-100 units for global shipment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with the Manufacturing Manager to optimize assembly processes, implement improvements, and achieve production targets.
- Take on additional tasks as needed to support the manufacturing operations and team objectives.
Needed Skills and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in manufacturing or engineering preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly role, ideally in robotics or high-tech equipment.
- Proficiency with hand tools, assembly equipment, and testing devices.
- Exceptional focus on quality and precision in all tasks
- Capable of managing multiple tasks, schedules, and administrative duties efficiently as needed.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities for effective team coordination and reporting.
